Lovely dried lemon peel, light toasted almond with a soft bitter component, lemon pith, dried grapefruit peel, and a hit of peppercorns at the base. Structured on the palate yet with excellent softness and delicate citric notes to it that lead to a very, very long finish that's still evolving....
