Fuzzy orchard fruits, apricot, peach, touch of pulpy blood orange, dried herbs, rosemary and sage. Crisp on the palate with a light bit of sweetness, good deal of yeasty bits coming through. Good for the style, not for people looking for fine Traditional Method although it pairs really well with cheese....
