Yellow apple with some mature pear, lightly cured lemon citric notes, toasted green peppercorn, toasted notes with touches of burnt caramel, and oolong tea. Zesty and fresh on the palate, light touch of sweetness from the barrel notes lingering, but a good deal of length, and a very pleasing wine....
