Dried yellow apple and cherry along with light toasted hazelnuts, delicate toasted notes in general and a chalky mineral aspect at the base. Fresh and round on the palate, subdued mousse but only to work as a lead into the delicate structure sitting on top of an understated acidity and lengthy finish. Wine is very much still evolving....
