Dark cherry with a dried fig note, molasses, dried blackberry, sage, black peppercorns, crystallized molasses and developing dried herb notes with a light touch of violet aromas. Pliable and tasty dark fruits on the palate but still quite closed and in need of aging to fully show everything that's hiding at the fringes....
