White pear, green tea leaves, honeyed notes, chamomile, mint, caramelized lemon peel, citrus flowers, great deal of complexity albeit still evolving. Fresh and crisp on the palate, really nice acidity and length with a great deal of depth to it although the wine will need more time to fully benefit....
