Dried red cherries with a touch of young plum, expressed orange peel, light touches of menthol and minty aspects, green peppercorn, and light floral notes. Sinewy and chewy on the palate, carpaccio notes and really a great deal of excellent width, alcohol comes through a touch, but already in a great state to enjoy....
