Ripe red cherry with this quite perfect black cherry note and olive tapenade, very floral, orchard blossoms, lightly meat with a tiny bit of bacon fat. Very flavorful on the palate, perfumed even, good deal of tannins that still need to integrate for ideal drinking in two years....
