Peach skin, touch of red apple peel, lime and very light white pear notes, thyme, rosemary, very herbal, orange blossom and peel, ginger, white pepper. Less fruit development on the palate, but trades that off for a massive wealth of acidity and length. Touch thinner than other years, but still quite enjoyable....
