Light red plum along with some soft, ripe red cherry, laurel, rosemary, oolong tea, and an underlying bed of red peppercorn. Very finely balanced on the palate, rich and seductive with a fresh acidity pushing it along making for a very pleasing wine with plenty of body but not over the top....
