Dried green apple with lemon peel, light vanilla and toasted notes, minor floral aspect, gentle perfumed notes. Structured on the palate with a good grip, but pulls back just enough to give excellent depth and layers to it with a linger, lovely finish. From 30 year-old vines at 580m in altitude....
