Sweet yellow apple with a touch of toasted barrel spice across the top with some minor rosemary and white tea, dried grapefruit and a touch of reductive spice at the base of it. Quite closed at the moment but with a great deal of textural grip to it and fine acidity given plenty of length to the finish....
