Dark plum fruit with a touch of menthol, cloves, cinnamon, potpourri, grated orange peel. Brisk acidity on the palate with quite delicate fruit and a delicious unkempt, long finish with naturally wild tannins that stay quite fresh. Verges on natural but very much kept in bounds and very interesting....
