Peppery red fruits with cherry and pomegranate, lemon peel zest, red peppercorn, fresh thyme, and laurel. Crisp and clean on the palate with fresh red fruits in the finish. Clearly unfiltered and running a bit wild, but plenty pleasing to drink....
