Quite dark fruited in terms of initial profile with a good deal of rose petals and dried dark cherry as well as fig, dried strawberry, thyme, red licorice, and a light floral sweetness to it. Nicely balanced on the palate, crisp, elegant and with a wealth of freshness showing quite well....
