Fresh grapefruit and light lemon peel notes with some white apple blossoms across the top and a kick of white pepper. Fresh and light on the palate, but runs a touch short in mid-palate depth. Given the overall texture and width of the wine, it could stand to age for a good deal longer to flesh out....
