Dark fruited with some ripe blue fruit notes at the base, dried fig, black licorice, anise seed, green peppercorn, light toasted notes. Fatter on the palate with some rounded weight in the middle but still a touch short in the finish. Will not be a style for everyone but has its engaging points for sure....
