Very light red cherry with pomegranate seeds, touches of leather and minor toasted notes, light flinty reductive edge. Red fruited on the palate, initially a sweet kirsch note, runs a bit uneven on the palate with a medium finish, but despite these minor wobbles and the uneven vintage overall, it's still quite pleasing....
