Dried black cherry with a light touch of red fruits but leans more with fig and anise seed, green peppercorn, light toasted notes and pressed apple blossoms. Quite expressive on the palate with a good deal of forward fruit but at the same time, width and a lifted freshness into the finish while still holding a great deal of body to it overall....
