Light orchard fruit, yellow apple and a bit of sweet spice, vanilla, toasted notes, coffee beans, dried herbs of thyme and laurel. Nicely balanced on the palate, bit more of a bitter melon aspect comes into place, but stays fresh with the toasted notes just starting to integrate....
