Dried lemon peel with some cured yellow apple notes, bit of flint reduction adding complexity at the moment on top of dried orange peel and some light herbal notes. Lightly sweet note on the palate from the barrel work, gains a good deal of vanilla and spice that makes for a lengthy finish....
