Good deal of dried yellow apple and peach, light touch of dried sage, white tea, toasted notes quite prevalent, with some prominent vanilla notes at the moment. Quite rounded on the palate with an underlying sweetness to the fruit and harks to something of an older Priorat style, but done with quite a lot of restraint....
