Yellow apple with a bit of white pear, fresh apricot, thyme, toasted notes, and hazelnut tones, with a buttery aspect drifting into fresh orange peel. Fleshy and rich on the palate, good width, medium acidity overall but still quite pleasing with a lengthy finish....
