Crisp red cherries, bit of racy red fruit, some jammy notes underneath, bouquet of fennel, rosemary, lavender. Exceedingly balanced on the palate, very red fruit dominant, tannins are quite strong at the moment but already starting to integrate and it holds a very long finish. Lovely purity of fruit. Barrel sample tasted during Fira del Vi 2019....
