Light notes of dried dark cherry, minor fennel and cumin as well as thyme, dried field blossoms leading into a potpourri with a good deal of toasted barrel spice adding complexity. Balanced and overall fresh on the palate with good fruit definition but falls off a bit in the finish to really give a great deal of length....
