Medium ruby with a garnet rim. Dark cherry with a good deal of licorice, spicy anise, sweet vanilla, baking spice, very barrel dominated in terms of aromas, probably new oak treatment, bit of nail polish as well. Mix of dark and red fruit on the palate, quite heavy tannic grip to it that still hasn't integrated and shows no sign of letting up. Mixi...
