Red cherry and young plum, light notes of dried herbs, menthol, waft of alcohol comes through, black licorice and anise seed at the base. Chewy and grippy on the palate, quite a bit of frontal action on the wine, but holding good back palate and length to balance it out and in theory warrant longer life....
