Red cherry, dried wild strawberry, very light toasted notes with sweet spices, eucalyptus, black pepper, roasted red peppers, and dried rose petals. Grippy and spicy on the palate with excellent fruit profile and a crisp, savory finish. Really just a baby and could sit another 2-3 years at least although very tasty now....
