Sweet red cherry with a note of blood orange and red licorice, light touch of beeswax and chalky mineral notes, and a lightly confected cotton candy aspect. Quite crisp and zesty on the palate, light aspect of more racy fruit to it but largely kept in check and makes for a quite balanced fresh wine with plenty of downplayed weight....
