Red cherry with crisp orange peel and light blossoms over the top, freshly-pulled caramel with some light notes of thyme and nutty aspects. Fresh fruit on the palate, more dark fruited but with a good deal of length to it and while a touch short in the finish, still quite savory and pleasing....
