Very light lemon peel with a touch of green apple, dried floral notes, initially a touch closed due to the crown cap but more floral notes and orchard fruit emerges in short order. Very fresh on the palate, quite good width with a really pleasing grip as it follows into the finish. Quite a lot going on despite it being such a young wine....
