Green apple and lemon citric peel, good deal of frothy notes and an edge of croissant, sage, and sweet herbs. Brisk on the palate, shows a decent amount of complexity for the style and gives fresh satisfaction in the finish. Bottled at only two bars, so no explosive tendencies....
