Yellow apple, red pppercorn, bit of reductive notes, leans a touch cidery but stops just short, limestone mineral notes along with some light bits of white tea and cured lemon peel. Grippy and broad on the palate, speaks to a bit of skin contact in the production, but doesn't go overboard and makes for a very defined style of white wine....
