Red cherry and rosemary initially with a hit of smoky reduction, gives way to toasted anise seed and red peppercorn, and a rather large bed of aromatic, fresh green herbal notes. Light and delicate on the palate with fine red fruit and seemingly shorter finish that manages to stick around a good deal....
