Cured grapefruit with a good deal of bitter almond, light beeswax, dried green tea leafs. Wealth of structure to it, glyceric structure and Sherry-like roundness on the finish. Note a wine for everyone, but for those who like more backbone to a white, it's got a great deal to enjoy....
