Orange blossom and white pear, light notes of porcini and limestone mineral aspects. Quite rich on the palate with a good deal of tertiary development and earthy bits, fine mousse and a bountiful acidity. Doesn't quite come together like Champagne but at the same time isn't loose like Ancestrale. Great deal of persistence....
