Very very crisp, youthful red strawberries, slapped herbs, thyme, mint, bit of green peppercorn, but all incredible fresh and lively in terms of aromas. Fresh and crisp on the palate as well with great length and acidity, definitely in need of consumption now, but a great treat for those who do....
