Dried red cherry and strawberry, complex herbal structure with fennel, thyme, red peppercorn, and a note of fresh orange peel. Rich fruit profile on the palate, still a wealth of tannins thinning out, but there's still a good deal of life in this one to enjoy. Apparently sees a massive 21 months in new French oak....
