Very zesty red cherry fruit with a light touch of dried raspberry at the edges of it, rooibos, and a dried laurel. Very zesty and fresh on the palate, great deal of lift into the finish and overall just finely balanced. Shows the strength of Merenzao/Trousseau for the region....
