Yellow apple and dried lemon peel, touch of fennel, dried yellow field flowers, red peppercorn, ginger, and a waft of volatility at the edges. Full and edgy on the palate with the acidity peeking up a bit more. Definitely plays into the wild and wooly side of things but well done....
