Yellow apple with some light notes of straw, dried field herbs, and minor yellow blossoms, white tea, and very light toasted notes. Delicate on the palate, quite soft at the moment but there's an underlying sandy mineral note as well as the sensation that wine will open up and grow a great deal in short order....
