Mature red cherry fruit with a kick of kirsch and overall cured notes, sweet cloves, and spice in general with a touch of black pepper at the base, light toasted notes and a waft of orange peel. Weightier on the palate with a good deal more tannic grip, in need for a bit more time to evolve and open up given the weight to the wine....
