Lemony with a touch of buttery notes on top, citric pith and a bit of toasted aspects that run perhaps a bit large although giving the wine touches of ginger and fresh herbal notes. Quite buttery and barrel driving on the palate as well. Makes for a lot of width to the wine, but lacks a bit in terms of varietal depth....
