Dried yellow apple with a good deal of saline notes and porcini, developing tertiary aspects, dried citric peel, and just on the verge of morphing into more complexity. Pleasing depth on the palate with the tannins and vanilla notes still lingering just a touch, but like the aromatica profile, it's very close to being properly evolved....
