Mix of red and dark cherry along with a backbone of forest fruits, black tea and peppercorn, cumin, touch of anise, licorice, and light toasted notes giving a sense of excellent depth. Still holding a good deal of tannins in the palate but with enough fruit and acidity to back it up and allow for lengthy aging....
