Very marked by the barrel at the moment of course with a bit of vanilla and spice, bit of orchard fruit under it, peach and dried apricot, lemon pithiness, delicate spice and white tea. Quite delicate on the palate despite the amount of time in the barrel, crisp, rounded with pleasing citrus notes as well as a bit of green apple in the finish....
