Fine opening width on the nose with cured lemon peel and dried yellow apple on top of the toasted notes and minor vanilla aspects, quite saline with crushed seashell and rock salt. Great width on the palate, runs a touch sweet still with the barrel still marking the overall wine, but a really great finish....
