Racy with candied red fruits, red licorice, wild herbs. Full on the palate with a good deal of acidity and a medium length finish with trailing red fruit notes. Very unique and curious wine. Tsolikouri is without skin contact. Otskhanuri is added to it later with the skins for four months....
