Generally lemon color but with a significant green tint. Crisp lime peel with a good note of brioche and cured lemon, orange blossom in marmalade, and a dollop of wet stone. Very crisp acidity with a marked creamy acidity, very high, crisp acidity, lingers nicely with a wet briny note. Doesn't show at all that it's from a red grape....
