Light touch of green apple that gives way to a more structure, lightly bruised fruit as well as plush toasted notes, light white blossoms, and white pear. Fine mousse on the palate with fresh brioche bits and overall freshness. Starting to show the smallest bit of fade, but still very, very pleasing....
